Service Advisor – CARTECH SEATTLE (Shoreline, WA)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends | 9:00am–6:00pm
CARTECH SEATTLE is a locally owned auto repair shop in Shoreline that’s growing fast and building something special. We’re not a big corporate chain — we’re a small, tight-knit team that takes pride in doing honest work, treating people well, and creating a place where employees actually want to come to work.
We’re looking for a Service Advisor who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a positive, professional shop.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the main person our customers talk to when they come in or call.
Your day will include:
- Greeting customers and checking in vehicles
- Listening to concerns and creating work orders
- Calling or texting customers with updates
- Explaining recommended repairs
- Getting approvals
- Ordering parts for approved work
- Scheduling pickups and drop-offs
- Keeping the front office organized
- Using our modern shop software
You don’t need to be a mechanic — you just need to be good with people, organized, and willing to learn.
