The right person is early in their career, energized by that kind of problem, and looking for a place to plant roots and grow for the long term — not a stepping stone or a wind-down before retirement.
The path is straightforward: learn the process by working in it, then help engineer it into something better.
Early on you'll:
- Move files and work through each stage of the pipeline
- Handle communication and follow-ups to keep things progressing
- Review documents and information for accuracy
- Learn the current systems and where they break down
As you grow you'll:
- Identify repetitive and low-value manual work
- Help implement automation, bots, and AI tools
- Contribute to designing the systems that scale the business
The right person:
- Wants a long-term career and increasing responsibility over time
- Learns fast, asks good questions, and thinks critically
- Is comfortable with computers and excited to learn new tools
- Naturally looks for better ways to get work done
- Keeps details straight while juggling several things at once
No industry experience needed. We'll train someone with the right mindset, curiosity, and drive to grow.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
