As the face of our clinic, you'll oversee scheduling, referrals, patient intake, customer service, and daily clinic operations while mentoring our Client Coordinator team. Keep therapist schedules full and organized

Coordinate referrals, evaluations, and patient scheduling

Build relationships with families and referral partners

Improve clinic systems and workflows

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Leadership experience or the desire to grow into a leadership role
