Duties
- Safely transport prepared dishes from the kitchen to designated tables, ensuring presentation quality and accuracy.
- Assist servers by delivering food efficiently to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Maintain strict adherence to sanitation procedures and food safety management standards to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
- Support the team in keeping the dining area tidy by clearing empty plates, glasses, and utensils promptly.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding special requests or dietary needs of guests.
- Use POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately when necessary for order tracking or special instructions.
- Follow all food safety protocols to prevent contamination and uphold health regulations at all times.
Experience
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
- Familiarity with sanitation procedures and food safety management practices is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor that makes guests feel welcome.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience using POS systems is advantageous but training will be provided.
