We are a private dental practice in Plano looking for an experienced Lead RDA to join our team. This is a leadership role for someone who is confident in their clinical skills, takes pride in their work, and knows how to set the tone for those around them. What We Are Looking For
- Active Texas RDA license required
- 3+ years of RDA experience with strong general dentistry skills, surgery experience a plus
- Natural leader who leads by example and supports the clinical team
- Comfortable training and mentoring other assistants
- Excellent chairside manner and patient communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and a true team player
