In this role as an AT&T Representative, you’ll engage with customers to understand their internet needs and usage, then clearly and confidently explain how AT&T Fiber delivers fast, reliable connectivity for everyday activities like streaming, video calls, and downloading content.
As an AT&T Fiber Representative, you’ll recommend the right service plans based on each customer’s lifestyle, answer questions in a straightforward and helpful way, and help drive sales while delivering a positive, customer-first experience.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Representative:
- Engage customers in person in sales discussions about their internet needs, showing how AT&T Fiber improves streaming, work, and family connectivity
- Match each customer with the right Fiber plan by evaluating device usage, streaming habits, and connectivity gaps, ensuring sales recommendations are credible
- Present AT&T Fiber benefits in simple terms, emphasizing speed, reliability, and uninterrupted online access to support sales momentum
- Address questions and concerns respectfully, guiding customers through plan details, billing clarity, and installation expectations to secure sales commitments
- Keep your sales pipeline organized with detailed notes on every lead, schedule timely follow‑ups, and convert interest into closed accounts
- Enhance AT&T’s visibility by delivering service that inspires referrals and long‑term loyalty, reinforcing sales growth
Qualifications of the AT&T Representative:
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills to clearly present AT&T Fiber internet services
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments while maintaining consistent AT&T Fiber sales performance
