We are currently looking for a creative, reliable, and motivated Content Creator & Social Media Assistant to help create and manage content for a growing media and personal brand in the Rio Grande Valley.
Our audience is primarily Hispanic/Latino, so we are looking for someone who understands Latino culture, trends, and how to create engaging content in both Spanish and English.
Responsibilities: Record content (Reels, Stories, TikToks) Edit short-form videos Upload and schedule content Help brainstorm creative content ideas and trends Assist with content planning and organization
Qualifications: Experience editing Reels/TikToks Familiar with social media trends Creative mindset and strong organization Experience with CapCut, Canva, or similar editing apps Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred Comfortable creating content for a Hispanic/Latino audience Must be local to McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, or surrounding areas
