Responsibilities

- Support catering events by preparing and presenting food items as required.
- Demonstrate knife skills and proper food handling techniques during meal preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation for ingredients and supplies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in dietary departments, culinary roles, or food service settings preferred.
- Experience in menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and serving is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, including proper handling and sanitation procedures.
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques.
