What You'll Do
You'll be on the front line of our company — meeting homeowners, building relationships, identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and closing deals. Once the contract is signed, our production and operations teams take over so you can stay focused on what you do best: selling.
- Run pre-set and self-generated appointments with residential homeowners
- Inspect and assess roofing conditions and document findings
- Present roofing solutions and financing options using our proven presentation structure
- Build trust, handle objections, and ask for the business
- Manage your pipeline and keep records current in our CRM
- Hand off signed contracts cleanly to production

Requirements
- Proven sales experience (in-home, roofing, solar, home improvement, or comparable B2C preferred)
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
- Comfortable working on and around ladders/roofs, or willing to be trained
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Smartphone and basic technology proficiency
