Shift: Monday – Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Role Overview:
BEPC Inc. is seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator I to support medical device manufacturing operations for our client in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, performing material transactions in SAP, and ensuring production teams receive the materials needed to support manufacturing schedules. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a clean room environment, supporting medical device manufacturing, and utilizing SAP for inventory and production-related transactions.
This role supports the production of innovative electrophysiology products used in minimally invasive heart procedures and requires strict adherence to quality standards, regulated procedures, and manufacturing documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Kit medical device production orders by accurately counting, verifying, and documenting components according to work orders.
- Perform inventory transactions, material transfers, and goods receipts within SAP ERP.
- Assign materials to production orders and ensure timely delivery to manufacturing lines.
- Support inventory control activities while maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy.
- Perform physical and system-based material movements.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and warehouse teams to meet operational goals.
- Maintain compliance with company procedures, work instructions, and regulated manufacturing requirements.
- Read, understand, and follow process documentation and manufacturing instructions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, customers, contractors, and vendors.
- Handle chemicals when necessary, following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Support overtime and additional business needs as required.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in a clean room manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting medical device manufacturing operations.
- Hands-on SAP experience, including:
- Material transfers
- Inventory transactions
- Goods receipts
- Production order support
- Kitting activities
- Experience assigning materials to production orders.
- Familiarity with inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow regulated procedures and process documents.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in medical device manufacturing clean rooms.
- Experience supporting production orders rather than traditional warehouse-only picking operations.
- Experience with Windchill.
- Experience with additional ERP systems.
- Knowledge of GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
