We are a local and family-owned scratch bakery committed to the freshest and healthiest ingredients. We offer fresh bread, croissants, scones, danishes, breakfast items, and specialty baked goods throughout the year.
We are looking for a few excellent people to add to the team, seasonally and year round.
Here are the opportunities:
Croissant Baker (Part-Time, 4am)
This intermediate level position is responsible for baking all croissants, pastries, cookies, and quiche, as well as any other items needed for the bakery daily. This role also assists the Croissant team with other daily duties, when baking is complete, or in between baking.
Hours: Tues-Sun 4/4:30 am – 10am-12pm, depending on the day and workload
Croissant Shaper/ Bakery Hand (Part-Time)
This entry level position will primarily focus on shaping the croissants needed for the next day's service and supporting the production manager. This person will be responsible for accurately measuring, utilizing math skills, following recipes, and instruction to create consistent products.
Hours: Tues-Sun 7am-2pm
Prepared Food Associate (Part-Time)
This entry level position will focus on sandwich assembly in addition to other food preparation. The ideal candidate will be able to closely follow instructions, have an eye for detail and consistency, and be expected to follow strict safe food handling protocols. We are looking for a punctual, reliable, and consistent person to fill this role. Must be able to work independently once fully trained.
Hours: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and may fall between 12pm-4pm. This role can offer flexible hours, and the opportunity to build more hours in other roles, if desired.
No early mornings required!
Dishwasher/ Bakery Hand (Full + Part-Time)
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking dishwasher to join our bakery team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping a clean, organized kitchen. Main responsibilities include:
-Washing and sanitizing all baking pans, utensils, and equipment throughout the shift.
-Restock clean items to their proper location.
-Take out trash and maintain cleanliness of the dish station and surrounding areas.
-Assisting the bakery staff with basic tasks as needed.
Hours: Tues-Sunday 8am-4pm
Server (Part-Time)
We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic counter server to be the face of our bakery.
Responsibilities include:
-Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
-Package and serve baked goods, coffee, and other menu items.
-Take orders and process payments accurately using the Square POS system.
-Light food preparation.
-Maintaining cleanliness of all workstations and café.
Someone with previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Hours: Thursday-Sunday 6am-3pm
This is a seasonal position through Labor Day. However, if interested in a year-round position cross training is available and will lead to other opportunities in the Fall.
Must be available to work weekends and through Labor Day.
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
