Job Summary
We are seeking a Bindery Operator to join our mid shift from ~11am - ~8pm (YMMV) or night shift 10pm - 6am. Position requires the operator to maintain quality and produce product in a timely manor. Able to communicate with others and direct job specifics and functions to optimize workflow, ensuring quality and precision in every project. Overtime will be required as needed. Additionally, we will have as much overtime opportunity as you would like to take on.
Responsibilities
- Help operate bindery equipment to finish printed materials. Assisting on folders, cutters, and stitchers.
- Perform quality control checks throughout the run to ensure finished products meet the required job specifications
- Fabricate and assemble various printed materials by machine and hand
- Help operators stack product and keep machines fed
Skills
- Forklift and pallet jack experience is preferred.
