We are seeking a well-organized Scheduler to coordinate with our clients and schedule them for their services. This includes seminars, which we deliver on a regular basis in-house and through live streams. In this role, you will be scheduling our clients and making sure they arrive in person and online. For your success in this role, ideally our Client Service Scheduler is up-beat, outgoing, a fast learner, computer savvy and has solid knowledge and experience as a scheduling coordinator or similar roles like customer services.
Client Service Scheduler Responsibilities:
- Calling all our clients and scheduling them to attend their services
- Meeting with clients in person and scheduling them for their services
- Sending confirmations emails/texts
- Rescheduling when there is a cancelation
- Updating any changes on the schedule
- Keeping track of all clients and follow up as needed
- Confirming travel information and update any changes in our system
Client Service Scheduler Qualifications:
- Brilliant at building rapport with people over the phone
- Outgoing, fast-pace and a go-getter all the way
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer savvy is a must
- Able to multitask and prioritize
- Preferred – but not a must, previous experience in outbound call center, telemarketing, customer service, sales, or similar fields.
