Our production department is seeking a skilled Press Brake Setup Technician to join the team. You will be responsible for configuring and running press brake equipment, verifying that all metal components are formed precisely to design requirements, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our manufacturing operations.

Core Responsibilities-
Configure press brake machinery to prepare for upcoming production cycles

Position and calibrate tooling to guarantee precise machine performance

Interpret technical blueprints to confirm that finished parts align with project specifications

Execute bending and forming tasks on metal components to achieve desired outcomes

Verify product quality by utilizing precision instruments such as gauges and calipers

Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and resolve machine alerts to minimize downtime

Verify that all raw materials and parts are prepared and adhere to our quality benchmarks

Analyze production workflows to recommend enhancements that boost output and quality

Mentor and assist fellow operators with machine setups and standard operating procedures

Maintain a tidy workspace and ensure all equipment is kept in optimal working condition

Document production data accurately to ensure timely reporting

Support the team in maintaining a consistent and efficient production schedule
Required Qualifications-
Prior background in operating or setting up press brake equipment is highly desirable

Proficiency in analyzing and understanding complex blueprints

Educational Background-

Monday–Thursday | 4:15 PM – 2:45 AM
Shift Differential: $2.00
