Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership

Oversee all daily operations across Front of House, Back of House, and Drive-Thru

Ensure excellence in speed, accuracy, food quality, and guest experience
Leadership Development

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Directors, Managers, and Team Leaders

Build a strong leadership pipeline and culture of ownership
Performance Management

Drive key business metrics including sales, transaction count, labor, and profitability

Analyze performance data and implement improvements
Food Safety & Quality

Ensure safe, clean, and compliant operations at all times

Maintain high standards for food quality and consistency
Strategic Execution

Execute business initiatives aligned with growth and operational goals

Continuously improve systems, processes, and team performance

Qualifications

3+ years of leadership experience, preferably multi-unit or senior leadership
