Job Overview

The Agostino Agency is looking for an experienced Insurance Office Manager who is ready to step in, take ownership, and help drive the continued growth of a successful agency.

We're looking for someone who understands how an insurance agency operates, can lead by example, and is comfortable supporting both sales and daily operations. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who enjoys coaching a team, improving processes, and helping an agency grow.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements

Active Connecticut Property & Casualty License (Required)
Previous insurance agency experience (Required)
Leadership or management experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to motivate a team and solve problems independently

Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations and workflow
Support and coach sales and service team members
Help drive new business production and agency growth
Monitor sales activity, pipelines, and team accountability
Ensure an outstanding customer experience
Work directly with the agency owner on growth initiatives and office performance
