The On-Site Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining consistent communication with Regional Customer Program Managers, Contracts, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure seamless customer support and operational excellence.
In this role, you will provide operational support and regular status updates, including:
- Communicating critical stock-out situations and inventory concerns.
- Coordinating new contract additions, removals, and changes.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and enhanced service quality.
- Recommending value-added products and services to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.
You will also oversee daily operational processes, ensuring all procedures and functions are performed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.

- Demonstrate initiative, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills while effectively managing multiple priorities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records through clear documentation and precise data entry.

- Become cross-trained in multiple critical departmental functions to support operational flexibility.
- Utilize integrated business systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and advanced Excel functions (formulas, spreadsheets, data import/export).
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
- Adapt to changing customer requirements and flexible scheduling demands.
- Travel between customer sites as needed while maintaining reliable transportation and a company-approved driving record.
- High school diploma required; some college coursework or a college degree is preferred.
- MUST have valid drivers license and own transportation.
- Minimum of one year of experience in Just-in-Time (JIT), Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), or Third-Party Operations (3PO) within the aerospace industry.
- Proven experience providing outstanding customer service with direct customer and supplier interaction.
- Demonstrated success serving as a trusted company representative and liaison, consistently delivering positive customer outcomes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools is highly desirable.
