Bella Baby Photography brings professional, heartfelt newborn and family portraits directly to families in hospitals. We’re growing our Buffalo team — and we’re looking for warm, compassionate photographers who want to make a meaningful difference.
What You’ll Need
- A laptop with Adobe Lightroom for selecting & editing images
Ability to complete:
Background check
Drug screening
- Medical testing required for hospital clearance
- Basic understanding of DSLR cameras & Lightroom
- Strong people skills, empathy, and professionalism — personality matters more than technical mastery
What You’ll Do
- Photograph newborns, families, and parents in the hospital setting
- Create a calm, supportive, positive photo experience
- Edit images using Lightroom
- Guide families through viewing and ordering their images
- Represent Bella Baby with warmth, professionalism, and care
- Compensation & Schedule
- Commission-based pay structure
- Tiered sign-on bonus:
- $100 after in-hospital training is completed
- $500 after your first month
- $1,000 after 90 days
- Flexible 2–3 day/week schedule, including weekends
