Job Summary
We are looking for reliable and motivated General Laborers to join our team. This position involves assisting with a variety of projects, including remodeling, construction, and landscaping. No experience? No problem — we're willing to train the right candidates.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction and remodeling tasks (e.g., framing, demolition, clean-up, etc.)
- Help with landscaping tasks
- Load and unload materials and tools
- Operate basic hand and power tools (training provided if needed)
- Follow safety guidelines on all job sites
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- Must be able to perform physical labor
- Punctual and dependable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience in construction, remodeling, or landscaping
- Familiarity with tools and basic construction techniques
