CLINICAL DIRECTOR

As the Clinical Director, you will lead the clinical vision for a growing behavioral health program serving children, adolescents, and families. You'll provide leadership to a team of dedicated clinicians, ensuring services are compassionate, clinically sound, and delivered with excellence.

Salary: $80-95k/annual

Founded in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania in 1967, The Bair Foundation is a Christian non-profit ministry serving children and families. We have provided quality care and services to children, youth, and families through a myriad of effective community-based services. WHAT YOU'LL DO TO MAKE AN IMPACT
· Lead Exceptional Clinical Care Provide clinical leadership that ensures every client receives high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services in a safe, supportive environment.
· Develop the Next Generation of Clinicians Coach, mentor, and inspire licensed professionals while fostering clinical growth and leadership.
· Drive Clinical Excellence Champion best practices, regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
· Strengthen Programs & Communities Build relationships with referral partners, community agencies, and internal teams to improve outcomes and expand access to care.
· Shape the Future Lead strategic growth while creating innovative solutions that strengthen programs, empower staff, and transform lives.
WHAT YOU BRING
· Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or another related behavioral health field
· Licensure: Current independent New Mexico clinical license required (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, RN with psychiatric specialty, or other qualifying independent licensure)
· Experience: Minimum three years of clinical experience providing behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families
· Leadership: Experience supervising, mentoring, or leading clinical staff with a passion for developing high-performing teams
· Expertise: Strong knowledge of behavioral health treatment, clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and quality improvement
· Requirements: Valid driver's license and ability to meet all state licensing and regulatory requirements
WHAT PUTS YOU AHEAD
· Leadership experience in community behavioral health or children's mental health programs
· Experience overseeing licensed clinicians and multidisciplinary teams
· Strong understanding of COA accreditation, Medicaid requirements, and behavioral health regulations
· Success improving clinical outcomes, program quality, and operational performance
· Proven ability to build strong relationships with community partners and referral sources
