Duties
- Engage in proactive outside sales efforts to identify new business opportunities within the Greater Rochester area.
- Conduct product demonstrations and detailed consultations to educate clients on roofing and siding options and solutions.
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales growth and market penetration.
- Utilize CRM software to track prospects, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining company profitability.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales or technical sales within the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales and lead generation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to build trust and close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software lor other CRM tools for account management and analysis.
- Ability to conduct product demos, presentations, and technical explanations clearly and confidently.
- Skilled in territory management, ability to maintain self-set schedule.
