Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries about reservations, amenities, and local attractions
- Oversee breakfast service, ensuring a clean, inviting dining area and timely replenishment of food and beverages
- Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns, demonstrating strong guest relations and problem-solving skills
- Assist with hotel operations such as managing reservations, updating guest records, and supporting front desk activities during busy periods or night shifts
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally and courteously
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems; familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
