With deep roots in Western Massachusetts and a growing presence in communities throughout the state, we are currently seeking a Program Director to join our Community Support Program (CSP), Behavioral Health for Justice Involvement (BHJI), Recovery Support and Navigation (RSN), and DMH Mobile Outreach team, and help advance our mission of empowering people to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

What You Will Do:
- Ensure all contract requirements are met and maintain effective communication with funding sources and stakeholders
- Develop, implement, and monitor the annual budget, ensuring financial and productivity goals are met
- Drive program growth by generating referrals and expanding services to individuals served
- Oversee staffing needs, recruitment, training, and credentialing in collaboration with senior management
- Ensure clinical quality across programs and provide high-quality supervision to direct reports
- Evaluate staff performance and implement fidelity and outcomes measures
- Respond to and mediate client, staff, or provider complaints
- Ensure effective coordination of services with internal and external providers
- Ensure program and staff compliance with regulatory and community standards of care
- Provide direct services to individuals served in the community, inpatient settings, and correctional facilities as needed
Who You Are:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Substance Abuse Counseling, or a related field required
- Clinical license preferred (Licensed Psychologist, LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADC)
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with justice-involved individuals and justice entities required
- Valid driver's license and reliable, registered/inspected vehicle available for all working hours
