Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care (LTC)
Location: ND, CO, MI, WV, KS
Guaranteed Hours: 36/40Hours / Week
Shift: Days / Nights Available
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long Term Care (LTC) facility. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, ensuring quality care, safety, and comfort in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to LTC residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
- Supervise CNAs/LPNs and ensure quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
Requirements:
Active RN License
BLS Certification
Minimum 1+ year LTC or relevant nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills.
