Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Porter to join our team. The Porter plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a welcoming environment for both customers and staff. This position involves various custodial tasks, including cleaning vehicles and assisting with customer service needs.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the facility, including floors, windows, and common areas.
- Drive vehicles to designated locations as needed, ensuring safety and adherence to traffic regulations.
- Conduct detailed cleaning of cars, including washing, buffing, and applying window tinting when necessary.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting customers with their needs.
- Ensure that all areas are kept tidy and organized to promote a positive atmosphere.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks.
- Experience in custodial work or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient driving skills with a valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of car wash techniques and buffing processes is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
