Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via multi-line phone systems, email, and in-person interactions, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and directing calls accurately using multi-line phone systems.
- Assist with data entry tasks such as updating customer records
- Provide administrative support
- Support office management duties including filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions promptly, providing product or service information, and resolving issues efficiently.
Experience
- Previous office experience or administrative support roles preferred; experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual ability is highly desirable to assist diverse customer needs.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service roles that require patience, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems, calendar management, and clerical tasks such as proofreading and data entry.
