We are a successful Mexican company dedicated to the production and distribution of dietary supplements, with a presence in more than 19 countries worldwide.
As part of our growth and international expansion, we are opening our third manufacturing plant, located in Allen, Texas. Therefore, we are looking to add the following position to our team:
WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
(Supervisor de Almacén)
Job Summary
Oversee the receipt and delivery of materials, as well as their proper storage, identification, and inventory control.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments with suppliers for material deliveries
- Review invoices in the SAP system
- Release and print production orders in the system
- Enter data electronically for order tracking
- Process return orders in SAP
- Create purchase requisitions (SOLPED) for services in SAP
- Maintain physical and electronic documentation control
- Receive materials, physical documents, certificates, and invoices
- Verify and reconcile received materials against physical quantities; enter invoices into the system
- Label and properly store materials
- Other related responsibilities as required by operational needs
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, especially Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the food industry
- Warehouse management experience
- SAP system knowledge
- Cycle counting experience
- First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory management
Important
- Travel requirement: Availability to travel to Mexico for initial job training
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Required)
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry
- Warehouse management
- Cycle counting
Language
- English (fluent, non-negotiable) (Required)
- Spanish (fluent, non-negotiable) (Required)
