Duties
- Coordinate patient appointments, treatment plans, and follow-up schedules with efficiency and professionalism
- Explain dental procedures, treatment options, and financial policies clearly to patients
- Verify patient insurance coverage and assist with health insurance claims processing
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) and patient management software accurately and confidentially
- Communicate effectively via phone and client communication channels to confirm appointments and answer inquiries
- Support medical administrative functions such as data entry, typing, and maintaining patient confidentiality in compliance with health regulation policies
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless office operations and exceptional patient experiences
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a dental office setting is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of health regulation policies, medical terminology, and insurance procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and patient management software systems such as EMR/EHR platforms
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Office experience involving phone communication, client interaction, and administrative support required
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) management and medical administrative tasks is essential

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
