Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking Civil Litigation Attorneys to join its growing Dallas office. Practice Areas Include:
- General Civil Litigation
- Environmental Litigation
- Toxic Tort Defense
What You'll Work On:
- Managing litigation matters through all phases of the case lifecycle
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and other substantive court filings
- Conducting legal research and written discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Appearing at hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings
- Assisting with trial preparation and litigation strategy
- Working directly with clients on complex civil litigation matters
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience
- Experience in environmental or toxic tort litigation is a plus but not required
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities
- Ability to manage matters independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong academic credentials
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Texas Bar admission required
