Responsibilities
- Complete psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Diagnose and treat mental health conditions
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with therapists and other providers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Provide high-quality, client-centered care
QualificationsRequired:
- Active Pennsylvania PMHNP license in good standing
- Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently as an independent contractor
Preferred:
- Experience in outpatient behavioral health
- Experience treating women, adolescents, and adults
- PMH-C certification or experience in perinatal mental health
- Experience with trauma-informed care
Independent Contractor Position (1099)
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Providers maintain control over their schedules and practice activities consistent with independent contractor status and applicable laws.
Important Supervisory/Collaborative Agreement Requirement
Applicants who are required under Pennsylvania law to maintain a collaborative or supervisory agreement with a psychiatrist or physician must already have that agreement established before beginning employment.
Everlasting Wellness LLC does not provide, arrange, or pay for supervising psychiatrists, collaborating physicians, or collaborative practice agreements. Obtaining and maintaining any required physician collaboration agreement is solely the responsibility of the provider.
