By joining our Right of Way Section as a Right-of-Way Agent I in Warren County, you’ll have the opportunity to assist in delivering roadway projects to the public by acquiring the necessary right-of-way, valuing and negotiating real property exchanges.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Deliver checks
- Provide estimates for roadway projects.
- Present offers for land acquisitions.
- Research/record legal documents.
Ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Coordinating daily work orders and assignments.
- Computer experience with Microsoft Office.
- Communicating with the public, other public agencies, and elected officials.
