Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Position Summary
Progressive Facilities Management is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Night Cleaners to support our Automotive Dealership clients. This position is responsible for ensuring the dealership is clean, sanitized, and ready for business each morning.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows established cleaning procedures, and can work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Essential Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain dealership showrooms, offices, customer lounges, and common areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are fully stocked and presentable.
- Vacuum carpets and floor mats throughout the facility.
- Sweep, mop, and maintain hard floor surfaces.
- Dust furniture, desks, displays, and other surfaces.
- Clean interior glass, entry doors, and showroom windows.
- Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
- Clean breakrooms and employee areas.
- Perform periodic detailing of high-touch surfaces and frequently used areas.
- Secure cleaning equipment and supplies at the end of each shift.
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or facility deficiencies to management.
- Follow all company safety procedures and client-specific requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
