Partnering with AT&T, you'll work directly with customers to introduce wireless and internet services, answer questions, and help people find solutions that fit their everyday needs. No telecommunications experience is required—we provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and a clear path for advancement based on your performance.
What You'll Do as an Entry Level AT&T Associate
- Meet with customers face-to-face and introduce AT&T products and services
- Recommend wireless and internet solutions based on each customer's needs
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the enrollment process
- Learn AT&T products, promotions, and current service offerings
- Maintain accurate customer information and daily sales activity
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings
- Work alongside teammates to achieve daily and weekly goals
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Outgoing personality with a passion for working with people
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
