American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Neonatal ICU (NICU) position requiring Level IV NICU experience and the ability to float throughout the Children's units.

Inpatient hospital setting in a Neonatal ICU (NICU)

Level IV NICU acuity — experience at this level is required

Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)

Floating required throughout all Children's units

Active RN license — Oklahoma state license or current multistate compact license required

Current certifications required (AHA-issued only): BLS and NRP

Minimum 1 year of NICU nursing experience required

Level IV NICU experience required

Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program required; BSN preferred

Full date of birth (DOB) required for consideration

Responsibilities include monitoring physiological data, administering medications, initiating and regulating IV infusions and blood products, and documenting patient responses to nursing interventions

Collaborates with physicians during examinations and minor diagnostic procedures, and coordinates care with support staff through delegation

Engages patients and families in care planning throughout the hospital stay and at discharge

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates will not be considered

Travelers who have previously worked at this facility may only extend once for a maximum total of 26 weeks; a 6-month separation period is required before returning after that

Compliance with onboarding requirements (drug screens, background checks, and medical requirements) must be initiated immediately upon offer acceptance — start dates will not be adjusted for non-compliance
