Microtel Inn Broken Bow is seeking a dependable, service-oriented Hotel Maintenance Technician who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our guests and team members.

Responsibilities
- Complete daily preventative maintenance throughout the hotel.
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Repair drywall, paint, flooring, doors, locks, furniture, and fixtures.
- Perform routine inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
- Maintain the pool, fitness center, parking lot, and exterior grounds.
- Replace lighting, ceiling tiles, air filters, batteries, and other building components.
- Assist with room renovations and capital improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized engineering shop and storage areas.
- Assist housekeeping and front desk when maintenance-related support is needed.
Qualifications
- Maintenance experience preferred.
- General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Excellent guest service and communication skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work both indoors and outdoors.
