Therapy Management, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant at Tuscola County Medical Care Facility in Caro. This is a consistent, stable role within a strong skilled nursing therapy program where collaboration and ethical care come first.

This is not a chaotic, revolving-door facility.
You will work alongside PTs, OTs, COTAs, and SLPs who communicate daily and support one another. Leadership is accessible and involved. Caseloads are structured intentionally so you can focus on quality treatment and accurate documentation.
Residents value their therapy team, and you will have the opportunity to build meaningful clinical relationships while seeing real progress.
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under PT supervision
- Implement goal-driven treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, and independence
- Collaborate closely with nursing and interdisciplinary teams
- Contribute to a therapy culture built on accountability and autonomy
SNF experience preferred, but motivated new grads are welcome.
