Title: Customer Service Representative
Note: Hands-on training will be provided for 2-4 weeks

Duties:
- will interact directly with patients, physicians, and pharmacies, offering support that simplifies complex processes and enhances the patient experience.
- Your soft skills and compassion will drive positive outcomes, ensuring patients feel cared for and confident throughout their healthcare journey.
- No healthcare experience is necessary — comprehensive training will be provided to set you up for success.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 1+ years experience within a high-volume contact center or similar environment (experience in healthcare is optional)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically
- Strong customer focus with and soft skills
Nice to Have Skills(But Not Mandatory):
- Experience working with pharmacy benefits, health insurance, or medical billing (optional)
- Call center performance metrics and management experience
- Fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written
Preferred Education :
- Completed high school level education (diploma or GED)
Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
