Responsibilities
-
Install complete HVAC systems in residential homes and light commercial settings
-
Perform residential replacement and retrofit installations
-
Install equipment for new construction projects
-
Fabricate and install ductwork systems
-
Run refrigerant lines, flue piping, gas piping, and condensate drains
-
Wire and connect low-voltage controls and thermostats
-
Start up, test, and verify proper system operation
-
Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues in the field

Read blueprints, plans, and job specifications
-
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
-
Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and team members
What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience preferred

Strong background in residential retrofit/replacement work
-
Experience with new construction and light commercial systems is a plus
-
Ability to install furnaces, heat pumps, AC systems, mini splits, and air handlers

Working knowledge of duct design and airflow principles
-
Comfortable troubleshooting installation and startup issues independently
-
Knowledge of HVAC codes, safety practices, and installation standards
-
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
