SKIN.Theory is an established Houston medical spa focused on personalized, results-driven aesthetic care. We're looking for an experienced RN or NP injector who combines strong clinical skills with initiative, humility and a genuine desire to grow.
We invest in education, advanced training, marketing and provider development while maintaining a positive, team-first culture. We're looking for someone who wants to build long-term patient relationships, continue developing clinically and take an active role in their own success.
What You'll Do
- Perform safe, natural-looking neurotoxin treatments
- Conduct comprehensive facial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients on appropriate injectable, skin, laser and wellness options
- Build long-term patient relationships through follow-up, rebooking and proactive outreach
- Reconnect with patients who are due or overdue for treatment
- Recommend additional treatments and medical-grade skincare when appropriate for the patient's goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and high standards for patient safety and care
- Participate in social media and content creation within SKIN.Theory's brand guidelines
- Help generate referrals and reviews by consistently delivering an exceptional patient experience
- Use openings in your schedule intentionally through patient outreach, professional development, content creation and contributions to practice improvement
SKIN.Theory provides marketing and team support to help providers grow, while our injectors also take ownership of maintaining and developing their patient relationships and schedules.

Required Qualifications
- Active Texas RN or NP license
- 2+ years of medical aesthetics experience
- Hands-on neurotoxin injection experience
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, patient safety and aesthetic principles
- Excellent consultation, communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with patient follow-up, outreach and practice-building activities
- Current CPR/BLS certification
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting
- HA filler and other facial injectable experience
- Laser or energy-based device experience
- Medical-grade skincare knowledge
- Wellness or medical weight-management experience
- Advanced aesthetic training or certifications
- Established Houston-area patient following is a plus, but not required
