We are looking for dependable, hands-on, and motivated Maintenance Workers to join our team. This position plays an important role in maintaining our guest rooms, public areas, equipment, grounds, and overall property so that our guests and team members can enjoy a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and taking pride in a job well done. Experience in hotel or facilities maintenance is preferred, but we also welcome candidates with general repair skills and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Worker, you will:
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance throughout the hotel
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, equipment, and building systems to identify maintenance needs
- Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, fixtures, and other building systems
- Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, patching, carpentry, hardware repairs, and property upkeep
- Assist with landscaping and exterior maintenance as needed
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest room and departmental maintenance requests
- Help ensure guest rooms and hotel facilities are safe, functional, and well maintained
- Identify and report larger repair needs, safety concerns, or equipment issues to management
- Assist in coordinating with outside contractors and vendors when specialized repairs or services are required
- Maintain tools, equipment, parts, and maintenance supplies in a clean, organized, and secure manner
- Keep an appropriate inventory of commonly used maintenance supplies and notify management when replacements are needed
- Complete assigned work orders and communicate the status of repairs and outstanding issues
- Follow hotel safety, security, and maintenance procedures
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Front Desk, and other hotel departments to support daily operations and the guest experience
- Interact with guests and fellow team members in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist with additional maintenance and hotel duties as needed

- Are comfortable with a physically active position that may include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing, and reaching
- Are available to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekends, holidays, and occasional emergency maintenance needs
Experience in facilities maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical repairs, carpentry, painting, or a related field is highly preferred. Hotel maintenance experience is a plus.
Compensation
Starting pay: $10.00 per hour, with potential adjustments based on experience and qualifications.
