Responsibilities
- Offer spiritual counseling and emotional support tailored to individual needs and beliefs.
- Conduct regular visits to patients, residents, or community members to provide comfort and companionship.
- Facilitate religious services, prayer sessions, or mindfulness activities when appropriate.
- Support individuals with intellectual disabilities and neurodevelopmental disorders through compassionate engagement and tailored interventions.
- Assist in emergency situations by providing first aid or CPR as needed, ensuring safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, social workers, and community organizations to coordinate holistic care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, support plans, and incident reports in compliance with organizational policies.
Experience
- Proven experience working with individuals from underserved communities or vulnerable populations.
- Demonstrated ability to support individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders through compassionate communication and tailored approaches.
- Prior experience providing spiritual care or counseling in healthcare, community service, or related settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse cultural backgrounds.

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
