Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and common areas
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and clean windows to ensure a spotless environment
- Sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and appliances to promote hygiene and safety
- Organize cleaning supplies and maintain equipment in excellent condition for optimal performance
- Follow specific client instructions and customize cleaning routines to meet individual preferences
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor promptly
- Maintain a professional demeanor, respecting clients’ privacy and property at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is required
- Standard and Deep Clean 1-5 years of experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day
- Reliable transportation to reach various client locations within the service area
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
