Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment across light commercial and residential properties, delivering exceptional service that keeps environments comfortable and efficient. Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Diagnose equipment issues and recommend solutions
- Deliver high-quality customer service
- Complete accurate service documentation
- Work independently while representing the company professionally
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA Certification preferred or ability to obtain an EPA Certification within 90 days of employment.
- HVAC technical school training preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools, welding equipment, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools necessary for equipment troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to learning
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
