Deliver high-impact, client-centered behavioral health services while modeling clinical excellence and documentation discipline. You’ll manage a caseload, drive outcomes, and contribute to a culture of quality, access, and compliance.

Provide intake, psychosocial assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based individual/group therapy.

Execute crisis assessment/intervention; safety planning and escalation per protocol.

Develop, implement, and update treatment plans; coordinate care with internal teams and community partners.

Complete timely, compliant documentation in the EHR aligned to payer and program standards.

Conduct discharge planning and chart closure reviews.

Uphold ethical practice, confidentiality, and all CA mandatory reporting (Child/Elder/Dependent Adult abuse; Tarasoff).

Participate in staff meetings/trainings; provide clinical consultation and informal mentorship to associates/trainees.

Contribute to program design, CQI, and outcomes tracking.

Current, unrestricted California license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC (in good standing).

Proven therapy skills with individuals, families, and groups across diverse populations.

Strong written/verbal communication; high comfort with EHR workflows.

Tech-savvy: Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom.

Reliable transportation, valid CA driver’s license, and insurability per agency requirements.
