What We Offer
- Starting pay $15/hour during training period (2-3 months)
- $16/hour after successfully completing training
- Up to $17/hour during your first year based on performance, reliability, and growth

What You'll Do
- Clean residential homes with care and attention to detail
- Dust, vacuum, mop, clean kitchens, bathrooms, and other living areas
- Follow our proven cleaning systems to provide consistent, high-quality service
- Work independently or with a teammate depending on the day's schedule
- Communicate professionally and kindly with clients and coworkers

Requirements
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to pass a background check
- Able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
You should also be physically able to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Go up and down stairs
- Bend, kneel, and reach overhead
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Schedule
- Part-time
- Weekday daytime hours
- You choose your regular weekly availability when hired

- Optional weekend hours are occasionally available for those who want them
