Camp Counselors (must be 16 years old by June 2026) - Part-time, weekdays June 29th - August 7th 9:15 am - 12:15 pm (no camp on July 3rd). Must be reliable and enjoy working with children. Must be available for off-site trips and weekly evening events. Limited spots available for extended hours with our lunch/afternoon program.
About the Role:
As a Summer Camp Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in creating a safe, engaging, and memorable experience for children attending our summer camp program. Your primary objective is to foster a positive environment that encourages personal growth, teamwork, and fun through a variety of recreational and educational activities. You will be responsible for supervising campers, facilitating group activities, and ensuring their well-being throughout the camp duration. This role requires strong interpersonal skills to connect with children of diverse backgrounds and to collaborate effectively with fellow counselors and camp staff. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the development of campers' social skills, confidence, and lifelong memories of their summer experience.
Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years old by June 2026.

Over 18 - Ability to pass a background check and comply with all camp safety regulations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical ability to participate in and lead outdoor activities.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in First Aid and CPR.

Previous experience as a camp counselor or in a similar role.
