Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Oracle Cloud HCM Security Consultant (Onsite) to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security architectures within Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) environments. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies for Oracle Cloud HCM platforms, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 27002, and FIPS.
- Design and deploy identity and access management (IAM) solutions tailored to cloud infrastructure, including authentication mechanisms like SSO (Single Sign-On) and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
- Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability investigations on cloud environments, utilizing SIEM tools such as Splunk or New Relic for real-time monitoring and incident detection.
- Configure and manage network security components including firewalls (Cisco ASA), intrusion detection systems (IDS), VPNs, IPsec protocols, and network architecture to protect sensitive data flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevSecOps practices into the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), emphasizing secure coding, automated security testing, and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Perform incident response activities, including incident management, recovery procedures, and forensic analysis to mitigate security breaches effectively.
- Maintain system security plans, ensure compliance with FISMA, FedRAMP, RMF frameworks, and adhere to NIST standards for information security management.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of computer networking concepts such as LAN/WAN architecture, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), network protocols (TCP/IP), load balancing, and network support.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco ISE solutions for network access control; experience with Cisco routers and Juniper devices is a plus.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles across platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform; experience with cloud architecture design is essential.
- Familiarity with encryption technologies including PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), SSL/TLS protocols; experience with system security tools like SELinux or openSUSE is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience implementing security systems such as SIEMs (Splunk), IDS/IPS solutions, FIPS compliance standards; knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of operating systems including Windows, Linux distributions (Debian, CentOS), UNIX variants (Solaris), macOS; scripting skills in Python or Bash are beneficial.
- Understanding of IT governance frameworks like COBIT or ITIL; familiarity with cybersecurity standards such as NIST 800 series or DIACAP enhances effectiveness in this role.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
