Description:
Responsible for providing excellent and safe instruction, motivation, and support to the program participants in group exercise classes.

$15.00-$30.00/Hourly
Essential Functions:

Leads fitness and/or related classes.

Communicates and enforces HealthPlex policies and procedures as they relate to group fitness.

Make sure participants are performing exercises safely.

Responsible for assisting in set-up and clean-up of fitness programs.

Trains participants in a manner that is both demonstrative and professional.

Takes attendance of class each time class is held.

Fill out the timecard accordingly.

Finds subs for sickness or vacations and is willing to help sub for others.

Develops positive relationships with members and provides motivational support and guidance.

Communicates needs, issues and concerns to Facility Coordinator.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required. 18 years of age or older.

Certifications which are helpful include Personal Training and Group Exercise Instructor.
