We're looking for a dependable and organized HVAC Install Coordinator to help manage our installation operations and support our growing team.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Some flexibility and occasional weekend support may be required)

What You'll Do

Coordinate daily installation schedules and dispatch crews efficiently

Order and manage equipment, materials, and inventory

Oversee warehouse operations and stock levels

Work with local inspectors, pull permits, and handle job costing

Maintain clear and professional communication with customers regarding schedules and timelines

Ensure all installations meet code requirements and company quality standards

Support the installation team to keep projects on time and on budget
Required Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience in HVAC installation or service coordination (preferred)

Previous permitting, job costing, or scheduling experience (preferred)

Strong customer service mindset and leadership ability
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
