Duties
- Administer botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal filler injections with precision, adhering to established safety protocols and best practices
- Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including laser procedures, chemical peels, dermabrasion, body waxing, and deep tissue massage
- Provide expert consultation to clients about various aesthetic options, including skin rejuvenation, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair styling
- Manage client communication effectively to understand their goals and educate them on treatment plans while ensuring excellent customer service
- Maintain meticulous sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and adhering to health regulations throughout all procedures
- Utilize salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling appointments, client records, and retail sales tracking
- Assist with retail product demos, upselling skincare products, and promoting additional aesthetic services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
Experience
- Proven experience working as a nurse in the beauty or medical spa industry with a focus on injection administration and aesthetic treatments
- Strong management skills to coordinate treatment schedules, client flow, and team collaboration effectively
- Familiarity with advanced salon software platforms like Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment booking and client management
- Hands-on experience with botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, body waxing, and other esthetic procedures
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients about procedures while providing outstanding guest services in a professional manner
- Knowledge of social media management for promoting services and engaging with clients online is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety protocols
